Mr. Newton (Alaska)
[Answer to your question in terms of life in relative to theological or religion].
My personal reasoning is that regardless of what we were taught in classrooms; man is the work of God through some supreme beings which are greater than man but lesser to God. To clarify this further is to make a brief reference to the scriptures as you've requested.
There is a verse in the scriptures [Book of Genesis 1, verse 26; "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness"] Now repeat that to yourself couple of times by pronouncing each word separately in the following manner:
"LET US"- "MAKE MAN"- "IN OUR IMAGE", -"AFTER OUR LIKENESS"
To analyze this within human understandings is to say that if the verse was correctly translated from its "original" scripts; then creation of man was a result of a collective effort and not by a single effort because of the insertion of "Let us". On that sentence leading to creation of man there are three plurals; one was "LET US", then "IN OUR IMAGE", and finally "AFTER OUR LIKENESS". All which are clear indication of collective decision or. Creation of man might have been an outcome of a summit or accord by the superior beings (such as G-8 summit of modern day). But possibly a single power might have directed the effort.
Such supreme power (God) might have empowered these supreme being who then went forth and be able to give life and each of the supreme being went forth and creates the first man in their respective kingdom therefore creating first man of the line we refer to in this day as African Ancestor/BLACK , the people we now refer to as ASIAN, and People we now refer to as WHITE; The coloration and appearance feature were simply a brand type and not of any significance purpose as physical function of all mankind are the same. As the three dynamics were designed from one specifications, and there are no barrier in their functionalities between each others.
I believe that beast and sea mammals were created long before man; but were not capable to bring forth a condition of vibrant nor able to contributes in any way to the beautiful world but only performing their ecological responsibilities of multiplication and other condition relevant to their existence. This condition might be the reason by the supreme God to call a summit among the three supreme beings supervising the earlier creation and work of God on the planet.
It is to my opinion that an accord to "MAKE MAN IN OUR OWN IMAGE AFTER OUR LIKENESS" was reached as a result of such summitt.
Be mindful that when the proclamations was made, man was not yet formed therefore the use of plural in preparedness to make man could only be referring to entities, and not an entity.
Recapping the aforementioned it is to say:
"Let Us" [meaning that we, us, anything of more than one].
"Make Man"[To design, to mold, to put together, build, or make a Man]
"In Our own Image" [Patterned after ourselves, to a pre-existing condition; our image, the way we are, a carbon copy of the way we look]
"After our Likeliness" [To look the way we are; a re affirmation to pattern, to resembles]
such reference are the basic belief in Hinduism more especially the Rastafarian believing that Almighty God is a living man and could only be noted through their social staus of greatness.
The early man possesses powers and wisdom which then diminish through time. Some Biblical Prophets were said to have communicated with God, and even live a longer years if the method of calculating of years then were relevant to the present day.
The theory of evolution was not "sinking in" to my reasoning because I am yet to see such "evolving element" gracefully "evolving" and strolling down the street right there on Peachtree Corners, or right on Asford Dunwoody Road in Atlanta where CNN crew can capture it Live.
All invention, knowledge or talents possessed by man are transcends from the superior power that creates them. The supreme God creates life and superior being. Weather the superior being bears the likeliness of God, I don't know; but man bears likeliness of its maker. But man may never be righteous enough to create and give live. All laboratory accomplishments we see in these day are based on application or amalgamated of pre-existing biological components.
This is my personal reasoning, and I believe truly that my reasoning were guided by the wisdom in me, and such wisdom is relevant in all mankind. The wisdom and spirit of God which manifest on the moment of arrival to the world, and man's acceptance of such wisdom from God at the time of birth is indicated by child crying at the moment of birth; and such is an unconditional acceptance of God's Spirit of live for such human to be able to live. And it is this power that allows Man to live, when such ends we refer to it as death. It is by the spirit of God we are able to formulate words and sounds.
And so this is my prophesy.
Now! Wasn't this my Prophesy?
