If that’s the case; then it is very important to understand that if the true histories of human civilization are to be written accurately; such will inversely elevate various kingdoms in the Western Civilization; and teaching of theories and establishment of religion will be affected greatly. In terms of Noah’s ark:
Unless Biblical Noah was an African descent; the entire biblical flooding may be inversely relevant. The flooding as referenced was after the life of Adayimo and Efasokan. [“Adam” and “Eve”] Which means that the present civilization endures from Noah’s ark; notably because “every living creature” must have “perished” with “that flood”; and only Noah and his close family and some wildlife “survive” and populate the planet as we know it today.

Therefore the Kikuyu; the Maasai, the Baka in Cameroon, the Bura-Asinda in Burkina Faso, the Cambarantama in Burundi, the Urewe in DR-Congo, the Ashantis in Ghana, the Sao in Chad, the Anyi in Cote De Ivories, the Bantu in West Africa of Nigeria; the Asian in Asia, the Indus in India; the Indians in central America and the Celts in Germany leading to the Jute's,and Anglo-Saxon in England are all “descendant” of the survivor of the Noah’s Ark, lest I forgot the ancestors of your pet "Rusty-Wyler"
And if you search thoroughly; there must have been a “chart” to “corroborate” such line of ancestry as indicated.
But arguably, let assume such is “possible” But it is possible only if Noah and his close family on the Ark are African Ancestry; as such is the only scientific viable way civilization as known today could have endure. If not so; the flood as noted could only be regional and not global; or possibly such could have been a dream by a person at one generation that was written down by another generation fascinated with such dream; and eventually it finds its way to the ancient text.

But before you proceed, think of how many non amphibious animal and aerial species to have been located and quarantined for such endeavors.
As relevant as you said; imagine how important African civilization is relevant to human race, if not practically so; then spiritually so; because the bloodline of indigenous Africa ethnography exists with overriding privilege among human ethnography. As realistically relevant; the importance of Africa in all aspect was limited to a few lines; mainly to establish a point of a movement. And the leader of such movement was undermined to have been found on the riverbank instead to reference him legitimately as rebellious son of Pharaoh in search of autonomy. But be mindful; if such was the case; such would have make an African to become a central figure of nation building isn’t it? The power of God that cater for our existence gave us the wisdom and ability to reason in-depth; but are we utilizing such resources?

The biblical verse which you are referring to: “I am the true God” again is one of the conditions that Hinduism religions were based; and the fact is this:
If I were to proclaim that: Hear yee, hear yee; “I am the true manufacturer of Paddles”
The analysis of my proclamation would be that; as a paddle manufacturer; I recognize that other possible paddle manufacturers as competitors exist to warrants such distinctions. Therefore; I am distinguishing myself from the other paddle manufacturers. Furthermore; there will be no reason for a car manufacturer to tell potential car buyers that his vehicles are the best that ever was. The manufacturers do so, in recognition of other potential competitors of the same caliber are out there.
The point is this; believe it or not; all that ever existed on our planet Earth were all Superior Beings, and the last to leave the planet probably take all the glory for creation.

The first series of the earth dwellers were all Superior Beings. They existed with enormous spiritual power as they were created to adulthood for the purpose of their assignment on the planet earth. When we say “Superior Beings” They are human beings with all human functionalities. They were superior because of their enormous spiritual power as ordained to them by their creator refers to as Olodumare [the spirit of creation] They established all houses as relevant in diversities of all human culture beginning on the planet refer to in this day as Africa. [I cannot go into detail due to time.] But briefly this is what you should understand.
Not too long ago, I was at a car wash, and two youngsters on their way from Sunday school classes ask me if serpent do really speak. They must have just received a lecture on Adam and Eve phenomenon. But because I could not honestly give the young men the answer that the Sunday school teacher will like, I refer them back to their teacher for further explanation on the subject; because I do not want to violate the laws of Time. I know full well that speaking is not pertinent to serpent; as the General Order laws of Time; that causes all formation and organisms to become what they are; allows humans to speak; and prevents beasts from doing so.

And as you go about your daily life; you constantly came across natural formations and things that makes you ask yourself ‘are all these made within seven days’? My belief in science is limited to technology, some religion are not really up to the task of dealing with the modern time.
And in that sense; I was fully persuaded not to feed the minds of those youngster with things which are not relevant to the supreme laws of Time. But when human develop belief pattern that are to be accepted for face value without a privilege to dialogue; the children as aforesaid will end rebelling to the same belief which they are now being taught.

For example: If I enter into a place of worship, and offer each leader, an opportunity to travel to from Augusta Georgia, to Australia in the quickest and most comfortable way in this day. All will prefer to travel on modern jet plane, for its luxury, comfort and time sensitivity, neither will prefer to use method used in 3000 years ago; whatever such method could be. For that same reason; religion must understand that all doctrine are developed for a specific era; and were written by noble men of that era; and must be upgraded to reflect the sign of Time.
